We want you to love your Ardene finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that final sale items like earrings and swimwear without hygiene liners cannot be returned.
Start Your Return
Log into your Ardene account to initiate a return request and print your prepaid shipping label, or simply bring your items and original invoice to any retail location.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your order invoice to ensure faster processing.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
